Return Policy

Returns

  •  We will happily accept merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, unused, unopened, unaltered and returned within 30 days for merchandise credit.
  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus applicable taxes.
  • Returns must be accompanied by an original sales receipt
  • All merchandise must be in the original unopened packaging
  • Merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price, minus the 25% restocking fee plus applicable taxes. 
  • The window for returns and exchanges will be determined by the delivery date of the shipped items.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@shophandspun.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Damaged Items

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 
  • All product-related issues, such as defective or damaged items, must be reported within 30 days.
  • The window for damaged items will be determined by the delivery date of the shipped items.
  • We require that damaged goods be return shipped.
  • Once we have inspected and approved, we will send you a replacement at no cost to you. 

 

Final Sale

  • Some items are final sale and cannot be returned. These are clearly marked as "Final Sale" in their product details. No returns or merchandise credit will be issued or approved for these purchases.
