Shipping policy

  • Shipping time/cost is calculated at checkout after entering destination address.
  • Standard processing time for all orders is 1-3 business days. Shipping times are estimated and do not  include processing as well as extra time to account for weekends and/or national holidays. 
  • Note: "processing time" is the time it takes us to prepare your order, and "shipping time" is the transit time for delivery once shipped.
  • FREE shipping is offered on all orders over $100.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.
  • We ship to all domestic US territories. We do not currently ship internationally.
  • Please note that all product-related issues, such as missing or damaged items/packages, must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date.
